The Desert Foxes of Algeria defeated the Super Eagles 2-1 in a friendly game on Tuesday in Oran.
Nigeria were without key players including Napoli forward Victor Osimhen; defender William Troost-Ekong among others for the clash in the North African nation.

Algeria would, however, claw their way back into the match as Man City ace Riyhad Mahrez converted from the spot to draw level.
Then in the 61st minute, Youcef Atal with a sublime strike from 30 yards gave Algeria the winner.
Algeria have now extended their invincible run against the Super Eagles to four matches.
