The group chief executive officer (GCEO), Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited, Mele Kyari has revealed that the country will stop importing petroleum products by mid-2023.  Kyari made this known during a press briefing at the state house in Abuja on Tuesday. He said the blend of output from the Dangote refinery which is slated to commence next year and state-owned refineries would replace the importation of petroleum products into the country.
