Nigerian chef, Hilda Effiong Bassey, popularly known as Hilda Baci has nicked a 100-hour record time for longest cooking duration by an individual.
Hilda was initially expected to stop at 4 pm on Monday to peak at her 96-hour target but she extended the quest by extra four hours to surpass the current Guinness World Record holder, Lata Tandon.
The Lagos-based chef began the competition on Thursday at 4 pm when she turned on her cooker.
If officially confirmed by Guinness World Record, she will be displacing Tandon, who currently boasts of the nicked 87 hours 45 minutes in 2019.
