Grammy award winner, Burna Boy, has carved a niche for himself in history as the first African performer to sell out a U.S. stadium.
The singer’s Saturday show, held at the Citi Field Stadium, New York City, USA, boasting a notable 41,000 carrying capacity, experienced a sell-out.
Nissi, Burna Boy’s sister, graced the concert with her opening performance.
The ‘African Giant’, as he self-styles, further escalated the event’s energy by bringing on stage British rapper Dave as they performed their joint track, ‘Location.’
Burna Boy’s performance roster prominently highlighted ‘Ye’ and selections from his previous four albums; ‘Outside’, ‘African Giant’, ‘Twice As Tall’, and ‘Love Damini’.
