The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) on Wednesday announced that it has cleared all verified claims in the $7 billion foreign exchange (FX) backlog, which was inherited by Yemi Cardoso. This news was contained in a statement signed by CBN’s Acting Director of Corporate Communications, Mrs. Hakama Sidi Ali, which confirmed settlement of all valid FX backlog claims. The Abia State government under Alex Otti has secured a loan facility from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) to the tune of $125 million to facilitate the Abia State Integrated Infrastructure Development Project. In the 354th meeting of the Board of Directors chaired by H.E.
