The dates for the highly anticipated meetings of the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Caucus and National Executive Committee (NEC) have been officially confirmed.
The National Caucus meeting is scheduled for August 2nd, 2023, while the NEC meeting will take place on August 3rd, 2023.
These crucial gatherings will bring together key figures within the APC to discuss matters of great importance and shape the future direction of the party.
Included in the agenda for the meetings, as reliably gathered, is the ratification of ex-Kano governor, Abdullahi Ganduje and ex-Senate Spokesman Ajibola Basiru as acting chairman and secretary respectively
Members expected to be present at the National Caucus meeting include the National Chairman, National Deputy Chairman (South), National Secretary, National Legal Adviser, National Treasurer, National Organising Secretary, National Woman Leader, National Youth Leader, as well as the current Presidential and Vice Presidential Candidates of the Party.
Additionally, past and present Presidents and Vice Presidents of the Federal Republic of Nigeria who are affiliated with the party, along with past and present Presidents and Deputy Presidents of the Senate, and present and past Speakers of the House of Representatives and their Deputies, are also invited.
Furthermore, the meeting will be attended by the serving Majority or Minority Leaders, Whips, and their Deputies in the Senate and House of Representatives, who are members of the party.
