The New Nigeria Peoples Party has said that its former presidential candidate, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, will not be allowed to contest the 2027 presidential election on the party’s platform. A forensic audit of the Osun State Civil Service has uncovered that more than ₦13 billion was paid every year to 8,452 ghost workers who were not legitimately employed by the state.
