The national executive council (NEC) of The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) has voted for extension of 196 day old strike in the process converting into a “comprehensive, total and indefinite” strike. The President of the Union Emmanuel Osodeke, said this in a statement on Monday proclaiming that the indefinite strike takes effect from 12:01am on Tuesday.
