Disgraced blogger, David Hundeyin, has faced severe backlash from Nigerians after sharing fake presidential election result sheets in a viral video.
In the video, Hundeyin claimed that the ‘original’ result sheets were not sent to the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC as standard and that he has access to it.
He revealed that in the alleged original sheet, Peter Obi of the Labour Party won the election by a landslide.
Nigerians expressed their dismay at the ‘guesswork’ of the journalist.
Many questioned the authenticity of the papers, noting that if they were indeed genuine, they should have been submitted as evidence at the ongoing tribunal.
@jeffphilips wrote: This guy is actually just an imbecile who leads strictly foolish people on with pure concoctions….forget about the nonsense he talked about winning landslide and focus on Raila Odinga who he didn’t even remember his name and saying it was 2015 or 2016 when it was actually 2018…guesswork investigative joinalist isonu
@omaregbegbi: This one dey smoke something that takes the brain away…
@Fadun: It’s a projection with no firm basis. Buhari didn’t declare himself winner neither did Atiku. He’s writing the script in his head.
@okoyechivita: I would not be surprised if they planted this David Hundeyin to whine Peter Obi cos dem know say Peter na mumu
Recall the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC declares President Bola Tinubu as the winner of the 2023 presidential election with Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP emerging as second and Peter Obi of the Labour Party coming third.
