The budget which is N21.83 trillion Appropriation Bill and 2022 Supplementary Appropriation Bill was signed into law by Buhari on Tuesday. The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has said that underage persons who attempt to vote during the 2023 elections will be arrested.
