The All Progressives Congress presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has tasked his opponent in the 2023 presidential race to abandon political affiliations and strive to move the country forward.
Tinubu said this in a Christmas message to Nigerians ahead of the Christmas celebration on Sunday.
Tinubu stressed the symbolism of love this season, noting how important it is Nigerians show love to one another.
The former Lagos state governor wished that the joy of Christmas be the renewed hope that we can and will propel Nigeria to becoming a better nation.
Tinubu said “May the joy and great gift of this Christmas be the renewed hope that we can and will forge a better Nigeria with the help and guidance of Almighty God above. May God bless Nigeria. Merry Christmas to all!”
The APC’s presidential candidate is seeking to take over from President Muhammadu Buhari next year after the expiration of his tenure.
