The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has maintained his lead in Borno State as he currently has seven LGAs in the bag as announced by the returning officers so far.
The presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar currently trails the APC candidate.
The LGAs won by Tinubu so far include: Gubio, Kaga, Magumeri, Mafa, Kwaya Kusar, Konduga and Nganzai LGAs.
