The Action People’s Party(APP) has withdrawn its petition against the President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, in the ongoing proceedings challenging his victory in the February 25 election.
Counsel for the party, Obed Agu, made this known on Wednesday during proceedings.
In the brief ruling, Justice Tsammani Haruna, who is the presiding judge of the Presidential Election Petition Court, dismissed the suit.
