The National Salaries Incomes and Wages Commission (NSIWC) says it has begun plans to review the national minimum wage. This was disclosed in a statement by the NSIWC’s Head of Public Affairs, Mr Emmanuel Njoku, on Sunday in Abuja. He disclosed part of the process to review the minimum wage, which would be due in 2024, is that the commission had held a series of meetings and training towards nationwide monitoring of the Minimum Wage Act 2019.
